                 Regardless matter what one may think of Shahbaz Gill, he should not be tortured. Nobody ought to. It is against international law, human rights, and all accepted standards of decency and morality.             The main threat to Imran Khan's eligibility may not be related to the foreign funding matter as much as it may be related to his failure to declare his earnings from the sale of Toshakhana presents to the ECP as required annually in the years 2018 and 2019.
