Pakistan Commemorates ASEAN's 55th Anniversary.
On Monday, Pakistan congratulated the members of the Association of South East Asian Nations on the 55th anniversary of the founding of the group on this day in 1967. The Foreign Office stated in a statement that ASEAN has developed into a vibrant and integrated economic community supporting common goals of regional peace and development. The statement further said that Pakistan has a history of cooperation with ASEAN and that it values the group's development and noteworthy contributions to the advancement of regional cooperation.
