Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games
As part of the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, Pakistan's great javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem earned a gold medal for his nation on Monday morning. Nadeem set a record with a javelin throw of 86.81 metres during the opening round of the competition. Arshad achieved an 88-meter throw on his second attempt, shattering his own record.
